Having Milestone professional Mason and his equally competent partner in my home on April the 11th was a very pleasant and informative experience. To me, both men were respectful and cordial. When they went to work on my A/C unit, they were job conscientious as they went about their work task of performing a tune-up/preventative maintenance on my A/C system. When they were finished, I was presented with a video camera film that had shown both the inner and outer workings of my A/C unit had been taken by Mason and his partner. It pointed out to me the things that were both humming along just fine with my A/C system and a few things that weren't covered by the free A/C system tune-up that could possibly in time cause me a costly problem at an inopportune time, like the midst of a hot summer. I was happy to learn about those few A/C unit issues that could maybe cause me a problem in the future. Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

This outfit is top of the line. Mike my HVAC Tech came out the very next day for some codes my unit was throwing up and he was very professional, courteous, and instructive so I had no doubts or concerns at all about his abilities and knowledge. Got everything done expeditiously and was on time. I used to be a Contractor and HVAC Techs can be a bit gruff and somewhat indifferent but Mike was the exact opposite. More than pleased and that has been unusual in the past so I am grateful for the excellent treatment I received from Mike and this company. Jim

If I have to give them 0 star I will. First of all I schedule an appointment for them to come and fix my TV and backsplash in my kitchen the guy showed up and only mount the TV he told me his brother did not tell him about the kitchen and I said okay that’s fine. He did a good job on the TV and was on time. He took a picture of the other things that I want done saying he will come back 2 to 3 days to fix the other things which he did not call or anything. And I called the his brother I think he is the owner or something he said he was going to call me and schedule something but he never did. Their communication if very bad. Don’t use them guys.
