Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Alvaro was on time, very professional, informed us of what he checked on A/C. Gave suggestions on what we might need done in future like air duct cleaning.Baker Brothers is always prompt to come out if we have problems . We are on family plan , it saves money and helps if need service on weekends.

Mike from Xteme Air Conditioning (40 yr vet) came to my home Sat pm and found out the problem and fixed it. Mike did a wonderful job. Because, what another company couldn't do in a week he did in one afternoon. Mike should be a Manager. A field Manager or office Manager, but a promotion without a doubt. Great job Mike.
