Great communication and prompt scheduling. Fair prices. Electrician was on time, wore shoe coverings in my home, and got the job quick and seamlessly. Second time hiring this company and will do so again!

We got up last Tuesday morning to discover we had no A/C, no hot water and an alarm system that was out. I had read the BBB reviews about Caddell Electric and called them. I was told no one could come out that day but the very nice man I spoke to suggested calling the power company to come and check the lines as we had a couple of different issues going on. The power company came out within an hour and confirmed no issue with the power line, but said there was something very wrong with our electric panel as he could hear sparking and one of the trip switches was very warm. I called Caddell Electric again and explained the situation. They had someone at my home within an hour and the issues (turned out to be two completely separate and equally dangerous ones) fixed in no time. I highly recommend Caddell Electric for their customer service, friendliness and expertise with which they get the job done.

I needed an electrician but had no idea where to go, SO went to google and looked at reviews. I totally understand why these guys get 5 stars!! Professional, knowledgeable, and great value!! I have them saved as my electrician now. Mario you are awesome!! Thank you for going above and beyond. We need more companies with this kind of customer service.

Edgar sent out Ricky and Alex to install six under cabinet led light fixtures. They are two very nice young men who really know what they are doing. They were patient listening to my concerns and questions and did the job like I wanted. Very happy with the work they did. 5 stars for this company
