Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

They asked questions about what we had and what we wanted, and they took the time to measure the cubic footage of every room themselves with a laser device. They spent the time with us to go over options and what would be best for our home.They were by far the most professional service we contacted, and we would absolutely recommend them if you want the best service possible.
