I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

My friend referred me to Anthony Aguilar with Medallion Electric for installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. I called Anthony on a Monday and he had his electricians to my house within 1 hour to take a look of the work needed to be done. Within 30 mins after his electricians leaving my house, I received a formal quote from Anthony. The quote was significantly cheaper than the rest of the electricians, who seem to mark up electrical work for Tesla (aka the Tesla Tax).
