Carlos was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I’d sent him photos of the problem we had with our laundry-room lighting, so he came prepared with exactly what was needed. We now have a laundry room with LED fluorescent lighting that should last us for decades — and he even left us a replacement light in case anything goes wrong with this one! I will always call Bright Light whenever we have an electrical issue at our home, and we’ll recommend the company to our neighbors.

I was looking for a company that could run gas line and electrical wiring to a generator that we were installing.I have to say this is one of the Best Companies that i have used. The job was kept clean. Very professional !! Great communication !!! Stayed in touch with me throughout the entire job.When you ask them to do additional work. They come back and ask how quick do you need it done. They pulled permits went through all the inspections. Passed on the first inspections.Can't say enough about this company.Except this is the company that I will be using from now on.

We called Milestone due to a sudden dangerous electrical situation in our home & they sent a technician out within a few hours. Our tech, Brandon Smith went above and beyond & stayed late on a Friday night to ensure the job was done right. He had an awesome attitude and quickly put a very stressful situation at ease. Very pleased with Ryan's services. He is personable, mindful of customers' time and very reliable. His work is excellent and I highly recommend him.

One of the most unprofessional people I came across. We ordered some uprights and beams from them over a month ago. After they cashed the payment they change the estimated delivery time and added two weeks on top of it, and after all that they ended delivering after working hours and in the middle of the night, and to make things worst we ended up receiving the wrong uprights. When I called them they were defensive and tried to blame us luckily i had the messages saved and showed it to them so they promised to work the situation out but in few days they stopped responding or answering the phone.

None of the electrical connections of our house was working after the heavy hailstorm of the previous night. I couldn’t even charge my phone, couldn’t even use the microwave, couldn’t even use the internet. It was very urgent to have the issue fixed. But because of the weather condition, no electricians were willing to help us. Then we contacted this company as our last resort and they sent us our lifesaver, the electrician, Nick! He fixed everything wrong within an hour and saved all our lives that day. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and very professional. Wow - what a fantastic experience at every level with Great Bros.! We had a whole house generator installed and they took care of everything from permits, pouring the concrete pad, install of electrical panel and generator, gas line (Eliseo the plumber was excellent). On time, explained the process clearly - I just can't say enough about how Great these guys are...truly! The price was very competitive and will not call anyone else for any electrical needs we may have in the future. Shout out to Henry, who was the project manager and simply wonderful to work with as was Deep. Such an excellent family owned company and they get every thing right!! Excellence and quality are superior!

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday.
