Customer service rs A+! We were installing a new furnace and were told that there was a short in a component because the breaker kept flipping. Referred us to Electricians of Dallas. Called the office and the owner, Vince Shapton called back within the hour. I explained the situation and he told me he was on the way but had a little more left to do on his current project. Less than 30 minutes later he texted to let me know he was in front of my house. He had an assistant with him and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He made some changes and asked me for the phone number to our HVAC repairman. Called him, explained what he found and told him what to do.. the whole time they were both professional and explained everything to us as they worked. After all that, we asked for an invoice and he said NO CHARGE…he made a diagnosis and he wouldn’t charge for that. He switched some things around on the panel but he wouldn’t charge us. We were impressed with his knowledge and INTEGRITY.. we will use him in the future and I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need. Our call was last minute but he didn’t rush through but made sure we understood the details of what he was doing. I am offering this review because my husband and I felt comfortable with his skills before he refused to charge us. Please consider using his services the next ime you need electrical work. Both men were very courteous and extremely personable….actually enjoyed talking to them as much as w were dreading an additional expense. Thanks for your time.

Eric did a GREAT job, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem(s) and provided prices prior to workmanship. Worked literally all day to ensureall of our electrical needs were completed. The pricing structure was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Mister Sparky. I'll next be calling them to install a few ceiling fans for us. We are so grateful for the quick service, there within hours of call, and repair! We had another electrician come out 3 times for the same issue, and they only rigged up a “repair” and charged us every time…even though it was never fixed! It took time and focus, but Joshua didn’t give up and figured it out. We are updating our home and will be calling back, as we now have a dependable and knowledgeable electrician! And the price is right, to top it off!!
