I reached out to Peter to replace my FPE/StabLock panel to a SquareD QO 42-space panel, which also included installing ground rods. Not only did he do an excellent job, gave me an excellent price, he also worked with me to see what we needed to do to upgrade my service to support 200 amps.Peter's attention to detail is top-notch, and I was impressed how much he cared about his job & truly treating his clients' homes as if they were his own. I'm a perfectionist myself & have high standards, so seeing someone else put so much care into their work says a lot.Whether you need to upgrade your panel, help with a home renovation project, or basic electrical needs, Peter is your guy. I requested a quote online to have a light fixture rewired in my kitchen, since it was late in the afternoon I expected to get a response the next day, to my surprise, Nestor called me after hours around 6:30 andapologized for not getting back to me sooner. I explained what I wanted done and he gave me a quote that was 3 times cheaper than other quotes I had been given. His team showed up the next morning, did the work and was finished in less than an hour. They were extremely professional, efficient and cordial. You hear stories of how a quote is given and the cost is different once the workers show up, well that was not the case here, thanks. You will be the only electrician I will call when work is needed in the future.

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.
