Chargers $100 for just the quote on a brand new AC system. Absolutely unacceptable. Imagine having to pay to walk inside a store to see if they have something you want, or drop a down payment on a car just to talk to the sales guy. I don’t understand how this business model is sustainable.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

We decided that are 25 year old system was in need of replacement. We called and got estimates from five different HVAC contractors. Xtreme provided a fair estimate, made suggestions to improve system design and followed with a very professional installation 2 days later. They did a great job.
