He could have easily done additional breaker exchanges/installation based on my initial request, but he told me how to address it without needing to add more expense. He discussed what to look out for in the future and how to troubleshoot problems. Ethical, quick, and customer focused service. I hope to not have future issues, but if I do I will definitely contact them again!

I had a fantastic experience with Caddell today - the owner and his stepson were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were also very patient while I had two other repair people coming through the house. This was my first house purchase, so I wanted to learn about the electrical grids, and I also wanted to have a number of dimmer switches swapped out for regular switches. They even recommended the exact specialty lightbulbs I should buy for my ceiling and recommended a great place to buy them online. Everything was done perfectly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them in the future if I have any issues!

Great company

We wanted to have our Christmas lights professionally hung. We are new to the DFW area and don't know anyone. We reached out to three different companies, and waited to see who we would hear back from. We received the call back from MCVK Electric right away! They came out same-day, gave us an estimate, showed us samples, and completed the job the next day! They were extremely professional, very kind and even made me chuckle a couple of times. How refreshing during the middle of a pandemic! I highly recommend these guys!

Service was fast and effective. Scheduling was easy and everyone very friendly. I would give it 3.5 stars really.My issue was the price. We had 1 wall in the master randomly lose power. The tech quoted $400 just to dig in and figure out why which I thought was super high. When he got in, there was aluminum wiring which is apparently incident prone. Overall, I paid $650 to fix 2 plugs that were causing the issue. I think the price is high for what was less than 2 hours of work which was also including his initial breaker check and explanations. The actual fix didn’t take more than 45 minutes... I would probably call someone else next time due to that. Although super nice people.

This is a great company! I really appreciate you all getting out of a bind to help install an outlet that we needed ASAP. Louis came in and was very courteous. He and Raul (I hope I spelled that right) installed four WiFi Light Switches and replaced a light fixture and installed a ceiling fan. Quick and professional. I highly recommend them for all your electrical work.

I've used Matthew in both residential and commercial applications. Residential was for ceiling fan replacement. Matthew did it quick and easy.For commercial he upgraded several standard 2 x 4 flourescent fixtures to LED. He also removed and capped off several severalceiling drop cables and wall circuits. All work done quickly and professionally. Matthew is responsive via text message and shows up on time and ready to go. His prices are also very reasonable. Call or text him for your next job.
