Gravity Electric installed a whole house generator, including delivery and placement of the unit and various load shed modules and the transfer switch. They performed all electrical and plumbing for natural gas with their own in house crews. They are professional, courteous, super clean, well qualified, ready to answer any questions, work well with the city for inspections, and show up on time until they finish. The owner handled any small glitches personally and knew everything that was happening as the job proceeded. The office staff stays on top of things very effectively. The pricing is very competitive for such a professional group. I could not be more pleased with the peace of mind, quality of work product, and work ethic they provided and would unconditionally recommend them. It is not usually pleasant to have work done at your home, but if you hire this company they will change your mind about having contractors in your home. The experience could not have gone more smoothly! Super people!

It is Wednesday mid-afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving and the on-slot of 20 friends and relatives for the big day and our lights flicker, the fridge stops dispensing water and ice, the stereo sounds like my stomach after a hot dog with chili from the state fair. OMW, we are totally screwed. Oven won't work, lights are out in half the house and the heater won't heat.No idea what it is and after a quick call to Russ Electric where I explained our condition, no real answers but suspicions that it is not in house but an Oncor delivery issue. Time is of the essence and I decided to cover my bases by calling Oncor and having the guys from Russ come by. Could not afford to risk anything. These guys were at my home in 15 minutes and took control. Their ability to diagnose and assess the problem was impressive.Yup, after checking everything out to the n'th degree, it was determined we lost one leg of our power to the house. It was an Oncor problem and we have already called Oncor. Took about 4 hours for them to correct the problem however, due to Russ Electric and their promptness and ability to isolate the problem, our Thanksgiving was perfect.Highly recommend Russ Electric!

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

I can echo the comments already written. Prompt, efficient, very clean and inventive work on several custom lights in our new home. Very impressive.

The Owner of the business performed a hit and run on our street which happened to be caught by a neighbors camera. Very disappointing

I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.
