Phil was great... very professional and informative. The team was on time, communicated their arrival times and very responsive. While working in the laundry room they did do some damage to the dryer. They immediately notified me and then discussed how I'd like them to handle it. Since the machine was brand new I asked to get it repaired, which they agreed to. The office has handled things perfectly so far. I own a service company and quite frankly am impressed on how they handled the tough things... like handling the damage. Great job and I will be using them again as I am renovating my house.

I found Peter (owner of B and C Electric) using google and also looked at his reviews on Yelp (overwhelmingly positive) and called him about a blown circuit breaker. He was very courteous and respectful of my time and arranged to come over as soon as he could. While at the house, he was very efficient and focused on identifying the issue (a burned up wire in a receptacle) that could have taken hours. He was able to identify the issue within an hour and repair it within another thirty minutes, which was very helpful for me as I was on a time crunch with work (he was basically able to get it fixed on a long lunch for me). He was very professional and knowledgeable and I will definitely use him in the future and recommend his service!

Recently purchased a home & the inspector notified us we needed a larger breaker box & a few other things. I called several places for an idea on costs. Luckily I contacted EZ Fix, Edgar seemed the most knowledgeable and helpful over the phone and was able to come out just a few hours later. He replaced our breaker box and few other recommendations but not everything the inspector notified us on needed replacement & I could not thank Edgar enough for his honestly, as a new home owner I need the savings everywhere possible. I also appreciated his neatness, I was prepared to clean a mess but there was none! Will be contacting Edgar for all of my electrical needs in the future!

This is a great company! I really appreciate you all getting out of a bind to help install an outlet that we needed ASAP. The electrician I previously contacted backed out of the appointment and would not contact me. We needed an outlet installed so we could move out of our house for repairs with our two small children. Noel's response is just not accurate. I've copied his response. He did not perform $3000 of work for me. There was no realtor, designer or contractor. He was paid for a job and never finished it. I've moved on but I get a notice from thumbtack that he responded to my comment. Not only did he not finish the job he refused to complete it because of the review I wrote about him. Now he's trying to change the past because it reflects poorly on him. Look elsewhere for help. It was very difficult to schedule thru the realtor just to schedule with Matt D. the designer. He also fails to mention that the $3,000.00 of work we did was to satisfaction. The cover plate that Matt D. mentions was returned 4 times due to not the right look, color or size for a certain room. I'm happy to know the actual work was not in question here, rather the poor planning of the designer. And expecting us as the electricians to understand his motives.

The electrician came out quickly and gave us a free quote on a new panel box. Seemed to be reasonably priced, so we booked him! (Only had one other quote). He finished the job super fast with no hassle, which was a relief. Very nice man, great customer service. I asked him to change one of the receivers of our fans, and he did it the same day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their box.

This is the second time I have used Mr. Electric's services. Brandon called prior to arriving (which I love about this company). When he arrived we discussed the service I needed, he gave me a quote and even informed me of the Mr. Electric service plan (membership) which would offer discounts for future services. Brandon and the other gentleman were friendly and knowledgable. I really like this company's customer service, promptness, and professional knowledge. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!
