Colton and Emily came out for a call and there happened a HUGE Cottonmouth snake that was in front of our home. As soon as we mentioned it they sprang into action and handled it for us. Needless to say the customer service, efficiency, and professionalism was above anything we expected.They walked our entire property and provided a thorough safety inspection for the electricity, smoke detectors, etc. We were provided the best quote for all of our needs.We will definitely use Milestone again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing service and a high quality experience.

I requested a quote online to have a light fixture rewired in my kitchen, since it was late in the afternoon I expected to get a response the next day, to my surprise, Nestor called me after hours around 6:30 andapologized for not getting back to me sooner. I explained what I wanted done and he gave me a quote that was 3 times cheaper than other quotes I had been given. His team showed up the next morning, did the work and was finished in less than an hour. They were extremely professional, efficient and cordial. You hear stories of how a quote is given and the cost is different once the workers show up, well that was not the case here, thanks. You will be the only electrician I will call when work is needed in the future.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday.
