This is the second time we have called Caddell for electrical work, and were very satisfied with the results on both visits. Today I had Steve as my electrician, he was very professional and courteous. My problem was handled in a quick and economical manner. He gave me great advise and I would recommend him to anyone.Great service.

They are amazing and professional. They communicated with me throughout the process and made me aware of costs associated before proceeding. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

Service was fast and effective. Scheduling was easy and everyone very friendly. I would give it 3.5 stars really.My issue was the price. We had 1 wall in the master randomly lose power. The tech quoted $400 just to dig in and figure out why which I thought was super high. When he got in, there was aluminum wiring which is apparently incident prone. Overall, I paid $650 to fix 2 plugs that were causing the issue. I think the price is high for what was less than 2 hours of work which was also including his initial breaker check and explanations. The actual fix didn’t take more than 45 minutes... I would probably call someone else next time due to that. Although super nice people.

Steve arrived on schedule, reviewed my project (panel upgrade) with me, inspected the existing installation, explained the code requirements, and made several recommendations. He then provided a detailed quote describing exactly what work would be done and what equipment would be installed.He was very personable and very professional. Mr Sparky is one of three contractors I asked to quote my job. I have yet to decide, but I would have no problems with Mr Sparky doing the work.

Josh and Tim came out to mount our TV and did an amazing job. They also helped answer questions on some more projects we have in mind. Will definitely remain a repeat customer.
