Outstanding experience with Dave and his team! I had them over to inspect/service our HVAC and put up a ceiling fan on a 20 foot tall ceiling.Dave did a great job going over all my HVAC equipment. The previous company of jokers just came by, took a look without opening anything up or taking any temperature measurements and just said mm hmm youre good bro, now let's look at these financing plans to get you into a new AC even though yours work fine.Dave doesn't play that game, he took actual measurements and popped the units open, did function testing, and showed me the metrics he was working with. I'm very pleased with him not only doing honest detailed work, but also educating the end user and quantifying the actual performance of my units. A++His team doing the install on my fan were great too. Normally I do all own work of that type, but the ceiling is real high and I don't own a ladder that tall. They were real nice, professional, and precise. Did a great job and cleaned up after.Give these good folks a call, no need to read more reviews, you've found the vendor you need to use.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Where to begin? I smelled something, I called. The rest is a sample of excellent attention and customer service, all the while making sure that quality work was being done. My initial call was taken by a courteous lady who tried to make an appointment asap. Sean Ladd appeared promptly as promised. He and his apprentice were professional, respectful, spoke knowledgeably. They were caring about covering their shoes, protecting my floors with rugs, and were nice to my dogs. My dogs liked them (which says a ton!). They took lots of pictures and explained all the issues. When I gave the approval for work, they started right then. No coming back or rescheduling. I’m not an expert, but the resulting work looks fantastic! Everything was buttoned up and looked better than I expected. I cannot say enough about my experience, but would highly recommend them. I believe this could have been a completely different experience with another company. In retrospect, I could not have made a better choice.
