The electricians that they sent were knowledgeable and check with us about every decision that needed to be made. Then at the end they cleaned up perfectly even taking away the old fixtures! We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday.
