The initial representative, Aaron, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try to oversell me for the equipment and was able to conduct the initial visit the same day that I called. My install was the next day. The two installers got started immediately, wore masks the whole time, filled me in during the process, and made sure that the job was done correctly. Everything was left very clean And they were very thorough.
