Best Furnace Maintenance in Dallas TX

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

TERRIFIC service! Jose was able to come right away to look at my AC, was calm, trustworthy, and knew his stuff. He quickly identified and solved the issue and asked me more questions to ensure he had truly taken care of the problem, long term. I completely trusted his assessment and work. He even threw in a quick rewire for me, at no charge, on a switch I hadn't called about.

I used a work from home day on Monday of this week to be at my place for a job I needed done. Fixer never showed. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. I said no, then eventually decided to give them a second chance and scheduled them to come by today at 11am. They just sent a text (at 2pm) saying they will not be able to make it until 5pm (six hours after my appointment), meaning the project would not be done until 8 pm on Friday night. I have plans, so day 2 has been ruined waiting on this company to do what they promised to do TWICE - failing both promises. I would never use them again, and I would suggest if you value your time you don’t use them either.

Worst experience and Customer service ever!! I called them after I noticed my ac was not blowing cold air. Since they installed the unit less than five years ago I figured they can fix it. Technician came out and inspected the unit next day. Said I needed a part and there was a coil leak but will try and fix next day (for $1200 only for labor). Well LONG story short, it took 8 days to find out after talking to multiple people and them telling me I would get a call back from the parts manager David, (which I never did) that the part was not in yet and not sure when. 8 days without ac in the hot Texas summer is excruciating! Had to buy a portable ac unit just to manage. I finally got fed up with their bad customer service of waiting for a phone call to tell me what’s going on with this part. I called another company, to which they said that NOTHING is wrong with my ac, just some dirt that was clumped up keeping the unit from working properly. Which they guy cleaned out and instantly I felt the air come back on!!!! I went 8 days without my ac unit because of Xtreme Air’s technician. I feel like I was getting scammed by them and I will never ever go back to them. Only good thing out of this ordeal is that I found my forever ac company. Did get call from Sarah, at the end of this, she was respectful and sorry for my experience, which I really appreciate, but wish I would have gotten that call sooner.
