I called asking for a quote for a tankless water heater, trying to price compare and shop amongst plumbers. There was no process, effort, or capability to electronically, over the phone, video chat, or provide an estimate.The only option was to pay for a full service call in order to get an estimate. Its understandable that an over the phone estimate will be less accurate. I could provide pictures, answer questions, aid and assist to bolster their assessment with information I was able to provide.However, Milestone refused to cooperate or even provide any information, and was unwilling to do provide any alternatives besides a dedicated, paid, service call.This makes price shopping an expensive endeavor on its own, and certainly left a bad taste for their customer care.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I originally had the water heater go out, plumber deemed it an electrical issue which it turned out to be. The electrician came out, replaced my breaker for about $250 ($10 part with 20 minutes of labor). The heater worked for 3 days then continuously tripped the circuit. After diagnosing an electrical wiring issue on the water heater myself, one that the plumber was the only one that touched, they quoted me for a full rewiring at $358. I denied promptly and fixed the issue in 12 minutes with $11 worth of stuff from Lowe's. 6 weeks later, still working perfectly with no further issues.My only issue with them is that they did not offer to fix the issue one of their guys unintentionally caused. An unattached ground wire which caused the others to overheat and burn through the pigtails. The manager kindly reached out and apologized. But it was not the most pleasant experience.
