Jonathan was so thorough, polite and professional. He identified the issue we were having and preformed a detailed inspection of our water heaters. He really explained everything very well - I would ask for him specifically next time he was so great.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

HVAC & Plumbing ReviewWe called Xtreme Air Services to get an estimate to replace our A/C system and duct work. Eddy (the owner) came out to give us an estimate at a time that worked best for us. He told us all of our options in detail and went over the financing options he has available, but we ended up paying in cash. We chose the Trane XV 18i and it has been amazing! The install crew (led by Jake) was very professional and knowledgeable. They even made sure to keep everything clean while they were cutting the ceiling to put in new vents. The one time we had a question about the thermostat, we were able to speak to a technician directly.We were so impressed with the HVAC work that we called them back about one month later for plumbing work. Pedro came out and gave us an estimate for a tankless water heater and a few other things that we needed done. The prices were great, so he got right to work! He started that day with some of the smaller things, then came back with Robert to install the tankless water heater. Both men were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They even drained and removed the old water heater tank and swept the garage floor when they were done! Xtreme Air Services has a lifetime customer!
