This is the 5th time I have use 4G Electrician of Dallas. I would say that it gets better each time but cannot. They have been the same every time they come to my home. They are the BEST!! I was contacted by Brian at Gravity electric in response to my inquiry to the Kohler website about installing a Kohler generator. With the price tag for such a service a bit out of my budget, Brian suggested I could purchase a DuroMax generator and his team could install at a more reasonable cost. In reliance upon this representation, I bought the generator, had it delivered to my home and advised Brian I was ready to proceed. He inquired of my address and thereafter ceased communication, despite multiple efforts to contact him. Not very professional. Consequently, I would advise any prospective customers to steer clear of Gravity Electric. There is no shortage of generator installers in the DFW area, many of whom are eager to serve their customers.

Peter with B&C replaced my panel (upgraded from the original 1970 rusted panel). Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Peter pointed out and corrected items not within the scope of a normal panel replacement. After completing the job, also repaired a bad outlet in my kitchen, bringing the kitchen up to code. I would use B&C again for any major or minor electrical issue.

I had them come out and install a new 30 amp circuit for an electric vehicle. They came out and after a bit of conversation, understood the problem and he proposed a great solution. I had another electrician come out and quote me 5k+. Anthony's electric saved me a ton of money and we're now ready for our EV!

One of the most unprofessional people I came across. We ordered some uprights and beams from them over a month ago. After they cashed the payment they change the estimated delivery time and added two weeks on top of it, and after all that they ended delivering after working hours and in the middle of the night, and to make things worst we ended up receiving the wrong uprights. When I called them they were defensive and tried to blame us luckily i had the messages saved and showed it to them so they promised to work the situation out but in few days they stopped responding or answering the phone.
