We had a breaker that tripped even when nothing was plugged in. Other contractors required a service call fee that was more than the entire service, installation and repair that Russ charged us.The electrician they sent was punctual, polite, informative, professional and pleasant.We are most pleased and can see why Russ have 5 stars across the board. I have used them for many years and they always do a great job. They are very nice and have always been there when I needed to schedule service. They came the other day just to replace a few lights bulbs that I am unable to reach. Such helpful guys and very affordable.

We had to replace our breaker box, have a few outlets added here and there, and add a new circuit for our dryer when we got our house. We compared online reviews for local electricians and we're glad we paid attention to the reviews for these guys. They showed up on time for the estimate, which was free, and quoted a price that was literally almost half what two other electricians quoted us. When they came back for the work a couple days later they were very professional, got all our work done in one day, and we paid exactly what their quote was. No surprise costs or anything. Definitely going to these guys for any electrical work needed at our home in the future.

Commercial Electric was timely and well-equipped with all the necessary parts to switch out an outdated circuit breaker panel, as well as install conduit and wire up some new machinery. I was impressed by their professionalism and they did remarkable work! I'm happy to recommend them.

None of the electrical connections of our house was working after the heavy hailstorm of the previous night. I couldn’t even charge my phone, couldn’t even use the microwave, couldn’t even use the internet. It was very urgent to have the issue fixed. But because of the weather condition, no electricians were willing to help us. Then we contacted this company as our last resort and they sent us our lifesaver, the electrician, Nick! He fixed everything wrong within an hour and saved all our lives that day. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and very professional. Thanks to this company for helping us with our emergency and top-notch service!

Be wary of this company or any company that won't sign a contract for a job. Todd (VP) sent me a 1-page proposal and when we sent him a boiler plate contract, he backed out when he saw that his company would be held accountable for performing the work we agreed upon. This is after accommodating to his no retainage request... again another red flag.Shifty practices as usual for the non-professional types. You can't call yourself a Vice President of anything if you're afraid of a standard construction agreement... Read it, understand the terms and if they're acceptable sign it or adjust the language until it is then initial. Maybe Linard needs to promote Miley to Director of Finance or something.

Good deals electrical work and they do a awesome job

I have been using this company for a year now. I have done numerous things to my home and I went through 4 electricians trying to find someone that was HONEST and good. Jeff and his guys are awesome! Always on time, they explain everything to me before they work on the project with a price. No surprises. Not to mention, everything is done with perfection and professionalism. I really appreciate that. Thank you! I will not use anyone else!

An appointment was scheduled for Monday (06/01/2020), they could have arrived anytime between 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.. Not one person showed up nor called to rescheduled. I will take my business to someone with some sense of customer service.

Unprofessional. Unreliable. Dishonest. I would not recommend using Mike or his team. He doesn't know what he's doing, never showed up on time and created more problems than we had in the first place.
