Best Commercial Hvac Repair in Dallas TX

4/5/2016 UPDATE: They finally sent me the estimate last night and this morning they sent me a 20% off coupon. Perhaps after my reviews they realized that this wasn't the best way to do customer service. As a result, i am recognizing their renewed efforts to make amends and updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I called the company the early part of last week for an estimate to install a chandelier. They indicated that they would get back to me n 24 hours with the cost. 2 days later I called them and they told me that they were still working on it would be tomorrow. I called back the next day and they said they were still working on it and it would be tomorrow. On Thursday I called twice and they stopped picking up my phone calls (perhaps the person answering the phone was inundated with calls, who knows). I left a voicemail.Thursday afternoon I was told the estimate would be ready by the end of the day. Friday came and went with no call and no estimate. Finally on Monday morning I called and politely asked for the estimate and was told they it was not ready and they would get to it as soon as an electrician was available.I guess business is good with all of these good reviews and so they no longer need to provide their customers with timely (less than 7 days) estimates much less decent customer service. The person answering the phone and scheduling electricians could also do a better job with her customer service skills.In my opinion this company used to be great with a lot of great reviews but now it may be getting out of hand to handle customers properly that they are growing and getting bigger. That is just my guess based on not getting any proper responses or a quote for chandelier install.

This is my second time to use Zubras Electric and they have been excellent both times. I had them come out to my church to add an additional breaker and two dedicated outlets. They did a great job with it. Everything works great and looks clean. They were very knowledgable, friendly, and was able to do the work much better than other electricians I have used before. Sam and Palmer both did a great job.It was easy to make an appointment. They arrived on time. They cleaned up after their work was done. The price was very fair. I would recommend them to any business for any electrical work. I plan to continue to use them for any further electrical work.

Joe provided exceptional customer service when servicing my home. He came out at scheduled time to service my home and diagnosed the problem
quickly and efficiently. He’s an extremely knowledgeable Master Electrican and trustworthy. Definitely will use Joe for future repairs on my home.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

We had a leak spot that was growing in the garage. Andrew identified the source of the problem while making least amount of mess. He helped to correct the problem and price was also very reasonable. He showed us pictures and explained everything in detail....very professional highly recommend!!!!

TERRIFIC service! Jose was able to come right away to look at my AC, was calm, trustworthy, and knew his stuff. He quickly identified and solved the issue and asked me more questions to ensure he had truly taken care of the problem, long term. I completely trusted his assessment and work. He even threw in a quick rewire for me, at no charge, on a switch I hadn't called about.

Called Jeff and he was extremely nice and got me on the schedule right away. Did the job at one of my rental properties and texted me the picture of the work and the bill right afterwards. Took multiple forms of payment including Venmo and Zelle. So it was very easy to pay. Did an excellent job and the pricing was very reasonable too. I will be using Jeff a lot more often now. Great experience.

AC went out yesterday morning. My elderly parents with major health issues I noticed the AC was not cooling. I found Xtreme Air and they came right out. Being my parents caregiver I was so glad it could be replaced the same day.I called up late that evening due to the the AC. The entire crew was great and got the new unit and checked everything before leaving. Later I noticed the unit was shutting off before it reached the set temperature and the temperature was going up.A phone call to the office and Brandon Shupak was on his way. I was extremely pleased with the assistance of Brandon Shupak who came back out at 12:30 to correct the issue. It was due to the thermostat being defective and not cooling. He went above and beyond to make sure my parents and myself had no more issues with our new AC unit.. Today the unit seems to be working great. I would definitely recommend Xtreme Air Services. They take care of their customers and have the “whatever it takes” work ethic. Thank you.
