Best Commercial Heating in Dallas TX

I had a generator transfer switch and water proof outlet installed on my home so I could connect my generator directly to my home to power it safely during power outages. All personnel who contacted me and did the repair were professional and knowledgeable. Overall I feel they did a great job addressing my needs for a fair price. In the future if I need an electrician they will definitely be the first company I contact. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Art Electric & HVAC came to our house and inspected the HVAC system. They were the third company to come out to inspect the system. The owner, Art Pond, came out personally with his crew and gave me a complete breakdown of all the issues. After all the inspections we decided to go ahead replace our 23 year old HVAC system. Art's break down of the issues were well documented and thoroughly explained. He gave us options (and there cost) which made our decision making much easier. Art Electric & HVAC gave us the best quote out of the 3 companies that came out and offered us options for financing as well.The installation of the new HVAC system went without a hitch. Art's crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with all our questions.
