We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. RICARDO CERVANTES was my technicians. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. He came in check faucets and went straight to work Almost as if pinpointing where the pipe was clog. He unclog it . With in a matter of time he was done. He is very respectful and really nice. I recommend Ricardo to others who have there sewer line clog up. Thanks.

Art Electric & HVAC came to our house and inspected the HVAC system. They were the third company to come out to inspect the system. The owner, Art Pond, came out personally with his crew and gave me a complete breakdown of all the issues. After all the inspections we decided to go ahead replace our 23 year old HVAC system. Art's break down of the issues were well documented and thoroughly explained. He gave us options (and there cost) which made our decision making much easier. Art Electric & HVAC gave us the best quote out of the 3 companies that came out and offered us options for financing as well.The installation of the new HVAC system went without a hitch. Art's crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with all our questions. We had Extreme Air Services install HVAC system. We paid for yearly maintenance contract. They were extremely unprofessional, service rep. left the pan under AC dirty and full of debris after we replaced our roof. Did not bother to empty or tell us to empty the pan. When we spoke to Owner he said they were not a cleaning:'service they were not maids, but would charge us to come out and windex our unit if we want. We stopped using them. I would not recommend anyone to use them.
