After booking my appointment, they sent a photo of the electrician that would be coming to my home, as well as a link to track when he would be arriving. Arrived on time and was honest with me about what I did NOT need to have done. Very friendly. Price wise, I have nothing to compare him to but he did what I needed to have done and probably saved me a few bucks by not doing what was not necessary. Would definitely use again.
