Great company that I had come out to install a Nest Hello door bell at my home. Elijah and Lance were very professional and clean. Lance was very knowledgeable about the job and educated me on how the doorbell functions. Now I am enjoying the Nest Hello without any issues! The company provided me with reminder alerts about the appointment ahead of time which I thought was very neat. Highly recommend these guys and will be hiring them again in the future to install a chandelier.

Ed is one of those rare breed companines that does not believe in a sell and leave mentality. He conducts himself and his work with a full trust that quality of work and focus on his customers will naturally result in a life long customer. I wouldn’t dream of using another contractor as long as he is in the profession.

The electrician came out quickly and gave us a free quote on a new panel box. Seemed to be reasonably priced, so we booked him! (Only had one other quote). He finished the job super fast with no hassle, which was a relief. Very nice man, great customer service. I asked him to change one of the receivers of our fans, and he did it the same day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their box.

Recommended by a friend, I called Chapin Elec on a Friday afternoon and Obdulio arrived promptly the next morning. As nice as could be, he listened to what I wanted done, and how best to achieve those goals, and how to do so with regard to not only functionality and safety, but also aesthetics.He also went above and beyond my request to remove one of two shoddily-installed (by prior owner) exterior boxes by cleaning up and properly re-installing the original box (again with a more aesthetic result). He tested all connections I front of me and showed me how to safely use exterior boxes in light of wet weather.I highly recommend Obdulio/Chaplin Elec for friendly, informative, and prompt service. I will add that he spent some extra time with me afterward to answer my new-homeowner questions about generators, connectivity, and so on. Greatly appreciated.

I’ve been searching for a good electrician and I strongly believe I found the one I’ll be using for all my electric projects.I reached out to three other electrical companies and they quoted me a service/estimate fee at $49, $59 and $79. I understand they need to make money, but I did not feel comfortable paying for someone to give me a bid. I needed to know the price upfront and to meet the person to get a feel of what they’re like before hiring them for the job.Great Brother Electrical was very responsive from day one. They gathered the information for the project and gave me an estimate based on what I told them. Then, Josue (one of the managers) came out to give me a FREE ESTIMATE. He thoroughly explained to me what was going on with the repairs and made his recommendations. He was completely honest and transparent. I immediately knew this was the company I was going to hire. He gave me an estimate and said if more work needs to be done, his crew will let me know before proceeding with the repairs and charging more.The very next day, 3 of their electricians came out and completed the job in 1 hr and 30 min! One of the electricians, Jose, walked us through the plan, executed the plan with his team, and gave us a thorough walk through of the repairs when completed.
