Best Building Electrical in Dallas TX

I been thinking to install lights in my front house for a month or two, and never had the chance to find someone.I got a recommendation by a friend to contact EZ. and wow, what a great group of guys, they come on time, 3 gents, very nice and polite, know what they doing, I also let them on the way to do additional small jobs.I got few estimate, Ez was not the cheapest one, but it was very fair one. and I know I choose right.

I called and they got an estimator out to my warehouse within a couple of days. We installed a complicated conveyer system for some storage racks and the electrical wiring had to be in all the right places for it to work properly. This electrician was patient as we worked through the plans and got everything set up. Great work and will use them again for any electrical needs in the Dallas area.

Customer assistance was great and very friendly, technician was on time and very resourceful, price was fair, work was OUTSTANDING I would never consider using another electric company I highly recommend using the pros for any future projects thanks again guys

I had a light fixture install scheduled through Legacy. The tech was scheduled to arrive between 8a-9a and afterwards conduct 4 hrs of work. The tech never showed. I decided to call the main office 30min after the window ended. It turns out the tech had injured his shoulder and they were working to find a replacement but were unable to do so. The tech informed them of the injury at 8am. We called in to check on things at 9:30am. They had 1.5 hours to let us know the status of our work order, but never reached out. Our install also required preparation on our part that involved removed the previous lighting fixtures. But no one contacted us to let us know the job needed a replacement technician and was uncertain or nearly cancelled. Now we are left without lighting in two major areas of our house until we can schedule another company to conduct the work that Legacy committed to doing today. Had they simply contacted us we would have understood, decided on a time to reschedule, and paused on removing the previous light fixtures until then. Instead, Janie, the representative I spoke with on the phone gave an empty apology and then walked it back by saying, I'm sorry you see it that way when I mentioned she could have contacted us earlier to let us know the job status. Poor communication, lacked humility, and very unprofessional. Find someplace else that will hold to commitments or actually communicate in a timely manner if an emergency comes up.

This company is incredible. We found them on Google and called them out to work on some industrial wiring for some machinery in downtown Dallas. They took care of the installations and the cost was more than reasonable. They guarantee their work, so I appreciate that kind of guarantee. We will be referring them to everyone we know as we are involved in commercial real estate and often need electricians for one thing or another. They are the BEST!

Was told id be an apprentice, got my fair share of daily heat exhaustion and PVC glue fumes to match. You cant feed a family on 12 an hour. Albeit a decent company though.

Colin and Matt did a great job, cleaned up their work, and pricing was very fair. I don’t see a reason to use anyone other than JSR

Quality work, but a little unethical.

Gus installed our EV charger (Grizzl-e Classic EVSE) and 240v plug in the garage. He was was able to come out the day after we called, gave a fair price, and did everything right (got it inspected by the city). I would heavily recommend Gus for any future electrical work.

These guys came to my house to install a big light in my back yard. They were efficient and cleaned up the area when they were done. The light is crazy bright. Love it!

Gary is a great electrician and craftsman. Gary just completed a lengthy project for me, and never once did I have to face any issues for him. He is definitely not the typical contractor that tries to rush through the job just to finish and get paid. I always knew that everything was getting done the way it should be and he truly cares how everything looks. We will certainly work with Gary again when we are ready for the next electrical work. I would without hesitation, refer him to clients, family, and friends.

Called Jeff and he was extremely nice and got me on the schedule right away. Did the job at one of my rental properties and texted me the picture of the work and the bill right afterwards. Took multiple forms of payment including Venmo and Zelle. So it was very easy to pay. Did an excellent job and the pricing was very reasonable too. I will be using Jeff a lot more often now. Great experience.
