Very happy with their service. Will recommend JSR to friends and neighbors for all electrical needs. Staff friendly and courteous. Showed me what the charge would be before work was started. Charge for work performed was very fair. Will definitely use JSR in the future.

I've used these guys a few times now and they're always professional. Easy to talk to and understanding of your needs (I'm not real savy when it comes to this stuff but they explain everything). Had a few lights installed in the house, a nice light out back, and a sub panel in my garage. It all works like a charm and you can't even tell they were here at all! I highly recommend them.

Gary is a great electrician and craftsman. Gary just completed a lengthy project for me, and never once did I have to face any issues for him. He is definitely not the typical contractor that tries to rush through the job just to finish and get paid. I always knew that everything was getting done the way it should be and he truly cares how everything looks. We will certainly work with Gary again when we are ready for the next electrical work. I would without hesitation, refer him to clients, family, and friends.

Called Jeff and he was extremely nice and got me on the schedule right away. Did the job at one of my rental properties and texted me the picture of the work and the bill right afterwards. Took multiple forms of payment including Venmo and Zelle. So it was very easy to pay. Did an excellent job and the pricing was very reasonable too. I will be using Jeff a lot more often now. Great experience.

Work performed Oct 2018.Was in need of a competent electrician to address a partial circuit outage that affected only about half the power feeds on a single AFCI circuit. Some Light switches and outlets worked some didn't. Home built in 2004 when Codes for AFCI type breaker installs were fairly new. At that time only Bedrooms were required to have AFCI type circuit breakers. This home had 2 Bedroom areas on AFCI circuits. After executing routine problem isolation troubleshooting the Electrician identified a failed outlet that showed physical signs of overheating. AFCI Breaker should have tripped before resulting in this level of Electric Outlet failure. So Electrician preceded to check all outlets and switches on this circuit to verify no others showed any signs of failure. At this point 2 part replacement needs identified. 1 outlet and 1 AFCI Breaker. 2nd AFCI Breaker did not trip when test button pressed. Conclusion is both AFCI breaker, 14 years old 1st generation models were compromised and in need of replacement. So far 5 star service...Electrician was excellent.I do not have a problem with vendors marking up parts to a certain extent and charging a reasonable labor rate for their expertise that helps cover their over head with a decent profit charge built in....It's how the economics of any specialized service business works. However the quoted installation + part + (warranty?) Final Quoted installed cost per AFCI was $267 each x 2. Time to install both after tech returned from supply house was 20 minutes. He did not have in stock on his truck. I'm ok with some time being factored into obtaining the part. The cost of the Eaton 15 amp AFCI circuit breaker runs around $25 to any consumer online. So the installed cost was a 10 x factor which by any measure seems excessive. Average Top end Labor cost for a skilled Electrician is around $130. Cost of Parts was no more than $50.A Reasonable Max charge for replacing these 2 AFCI breakers should have been in the $180-200 range. Amount charged and paid was $534. I knew I was being way overcharged for that part of the service but decided that I did not want to delay the work to shop for a more reasonable rate as the affected area involved a space occupied by an infant. I'm at a point in life where I prefer to let others learn lessons from my experiences. The Vendor should already know that short term profit gains are no substitute for long term repeat business and word of mouth advertising. Although Electric Pros had decent reviews, which is why I selected them, I will likely look for another vendor when I contract for some additional upcoming work.Unfortunately, although I really liked the technician and wanted to provide a great review, the cost markup on the easiest part of the job was ludicrously excessive. I had already expected the Breakers would need replacing after preliminary Joe Homeowner analysis but was flabbergasted by the upcharge.Caveat Emptor. The $$'s involved was irrelevant to me. The main disappointment was in the Vendors lack of economic fairness and integrity in how they treated a customer without regard for any future business repercussions. How much potential business they may possibly lose in the future, after individual large or small customers read this review is difficult to measure. It will however cost them considerably more in lost potential revenue than the extra $300-400 they made from a single customer I will also not be able to provide a recommendation for this Vendor to local Homeowners Associations and several large local Real Estate companies who provide preferred vendors list to their buyers and sellers in the DFW metro area.

This company is incredible. We found them on Google and called them out to work on some industrial wiring for some machinery in downtown Dallas. They took care of the installations and the cost was more than reasonable. They guarantee their work, so I appreciate that kind of guarantee. We will be referring them to everyone we know as we are involved in commercial real estate and often need electricians for one thing or another. They are the BEST!
