All 3 young men were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. I want Blake, Eric, and OJ to come back to my house whenever I have any issues. I could of adopted all three of them. Just the finest young men that ever came to my house.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Ricky was a professional young man. Very polite, energetic and very knowledgeable.I had Baker Brother's coming out to do a heating system check and cleaning. Also, the iComfort S-30 control unit was giving intermittent screens and system changes.Ricky was able to diagnose the problem, he corrected the setting, and after three days, it all works.If you don't know about the Baker Brother's monthly membership service plan, you should. Great offer, even better price, and you truly get a lot of bang for the buck. The membership discounts are nice, but the biggest attention getter for me is the immediacy of their scheduling members. I called this company to come out and fix my AC problem. I was losing refrigerant so they came out and, without diagnosing the leak, decided to put a leak sealant in my system. (Which wasn't recommended by A 1 Air) I was also charged for the service fee even though I got the issue resolved. They even charged me $55 to tighten a screw that was apparently loose on a part. If that doesn't say they're scammers idk what is. A couple days later it started getting hot again so I had to call them back out. This time the owner came out. He proceeded to tell me I had multiple leaks inside my unit. He recommended to replace the inside unit totaling $3k. I realized that I might have a warranty through another company so I decided to call them out.They came out and did a compression test to determine where EXACTLY the leak was. Come to find out there were NO leaks in the inside unit. He actually found the leak inside the outside unit. It was one hole that needed soldering. I called back A Anderson demanding a refund many times. They refused my request but they did come back out and solder the hole. The other company charged me $500, A Anderson charged me $600 all because I needed a solder job. A Anderson didn't even try to offer a refund or discount. I paid $1100 for a simple job all because of the incompetence of Anderson AC.

Very easy and pleasant experience working with your company. I dealt with Sam, Josh, and Ruben. They were knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, took time to explain to me in lay man's terms what was happening. Josh even drew me a diagram, and Sam gave me a detailed explanation (that I actually understood). Both guys were so nice, and I can tell they take pride in their work. Not sure what your hiring criteria is, but whatever you do, it's working bc I normally don't rave about service companies. Instead of just looking at my system and replacing this or that, or just telling me I had to get a brand new one, they continued to troubleshoot until they knew exactly what was happening, which ended up saving me money. When I do need a new system, I'll remember that and purchase through your company. I am going to recommend you to everyone.
