I had an appt. within a couple hours of calling. Ryan was very friendly. He explained in detail what the issues were and seemed empathetic to my situation. He was thorough and professional. He used a coupon for my invoice without me asking. I already referred a neighbor - will definitely use again in the future! Good job on a company well managed.

Had some work done to replace our flood light in the back yard and light fixtures on the front of the house. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and the employees were super nice. 10/10, would recommend!

Drivers beware! Actually adhering to their
touting of growth and training from within and opportunities to grow would be nice. They also need to evaluate their workplace ethics and employee behavior in the warehouse in Grove City as some of the employees and management there are very disrespectful to other employees in that particular environment. Cannot say enough good things however regarding the foremen and people out on the jobsites.

Ivan stopped over to give a quote on wiring in a new electric water heater. He also explained the benefits of a whole house surge protector and ended up scheduling the installation of both for the following weekday. He was quick to provide quote details and to get us scheduled for our installs. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Mr. Electric in 2020 to replace a light fixture that was installed incorrectly. Mr. Electric, Sheridan Smith and his helper did an excellent job. I called again this year to have and electric outlet installed. October Sheridan called and said he would be out in November on the 29th . Mr. Smith was already upset with me because of my phone issues, which is understandable. I called back and texted, also, to let Mr. Smith know I had to cancel for November 29 on October 23, 2022. I found my text to him later after he left my home. When Sheridan showed up at my house today I explained to him that I had canceled and that I called and texted. He said he never received either...as he left my porch he Cursed me. I want Sheridan to know...You cannot curse whom God has Blessed. I found this unprofessional. I know he may have been frustrated but I did my part by cancelling in timely fashion. I wish Sheridan Smith the Best and I have referred him to others. Today was Not professional at all.
