Used the franchise to repair some siding on my home December. The initial visit had to be rescheduled because the work required two technicians. The technicians repaired the siding on the second trip. Received an invoice several months later for double the original price. Called the franchise and was told that the upgraded charge was for two technicians. This is something they failed to communicate during the initial consultation and when the initial visit was rescheduled. When I expressed my displeasure at their lack of communication and lackadaisical billing, I was told the staff would check with the owner and they would call back. Similar to other reviews, I never got a call back. I reached out again and received several excuses and the franchise refused to take responsibility for system errors which resulted in the delay related to receiving the final invoice. The franchise also said I never called when I expressed my displeasure for them not calling me back. I was basically threatened that this would be sent to collections if I don't pay despite the franchise taking 3-4 months to send me an invoice. In all, it seems as if this franchise fails to communicate with customers and won't take responsibility for their lack of communication and system/operational issues.
