A 13 seer a/c which I finally looked on the internet and found out 13 seer a/c are being phased out and in 2023 (which is now), all companies can only sell 14 seer. He “convinced” me that 13 seer was still acceptable when I called him the next morning. Plus, when I asked him about a senior discount during his sales pitch, he shook his head and said there is none. However, a few minutes after he reaches me the form, there it is “senior discount”.
