Rating Buckeye Electric is difficult because there are two different components. The electricians are top notch. They are very courteous and perform high quality work. I would rate them a 5. The management, however, needs vastly improved. Twice, no one showed up when scheduled. I totally understand projects take longer than expected. What is not understandable is no one from the company contacted me. After the first time, I would have thought they would have been more responsive, but they were not. No one contacted me when they did not show up the second time. There was never any conversation about what could be done to ensure that the customer was happy and would be a repeat customer. Despite the outstanding work the electricians performed, I doubt I will use them again due to how the company treats its customers.

Ed came to look at an exhaust fan which turned out to be working properly, he offered a safety inspection since the property was a recent purchase and installed surge protector to keep the house safe. Great job, fast and efficient.
