Ivan came in and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced an outlet and deduced that a lamp had gone bad.Unfortunately, we discovered that we are still having problems with the circuit cutting out during normal usage. We will continue replacing the rest of the outlets and wall switches and see how that goes.

System didn't work from day oneHad a service guy come out after a hour on the phone with tech support they determined the wrong coil was installed !Sales guy said we can install the correct coil but we can't warranty the compressor in the new A/C so she would lose the 10 year warranty !She asked for a refund and now is left with a system that is worthless paper weight !Share and help get this lady her money back !Avoid this company !!!
