Cody C. came out to give an estimate. Very friendly and courteous. He gave an estimate that was right in line what I believed to be fair, he did not pressure me into making unnecessary upgrades, and he gave a time frame of how long the job will take. He answered all my questions with a positive and confident attitude. When I am able to upgrade my panel I will have Cody back to do the installation.

Daniel responded to my text and showed up shortly after. He diagnosed the issue (that was missed by a previous electrician) within a few minutes, replaced a part, and brought power back to our lives!
He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked us through exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Couldn't be happier.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
