I was surprised by a 69$ dispatch fee that does not then apply to the work if authorized. The work itself was great though. Ed had an unexpected problem present itself and he had to put in much more time than expected. He handled it all with grace and was thoroughly professional.

Confident Electric provides truly expert service. There are people who know a lot, and then there are experts--the electricians here are emphatically the latter. Not only that, they are a pleasure to work with. They deserve five stars, absolutely!

Christian helped us with our doorbell chime. He was very professional, organized and efficient with the service call. We are very happy with the service and will look forward to using Big City Electric again in the future.

I searched reviews on Nextdoor Neighbor for electricians. KAP (Keith's) name kept 'coming up' as highly recommended. Everything I read was true about Keith. He answered my call, he was punctual, he practiced Covid precautions, he used shoe covers, and most importantly, we were pleased with his work and his charges.

Steve just finished working on part of our kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience working with him. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help us meet a tight deadline, and was so friendly and professional. Even great with our big obnoxious dog. I highly recommend him!

Countryside Electric installed an electrical panel 16 years ago for me and nothing ever went wrong. It was time for an upgrade and once again they were by far the best priced and best quality for my needs. I highly recommend this company, they have been around for years and have maintained a good reputation for quality work at a fair price!!!

This company treat their workers like second class citizens. Seemed like a good deal at first but then they just turn on you without helping to resolve any issues and to be fired without any assistance or listen to what was really going on.

I was driving on 270, one of their trucks was in the fast lane going slow so I got in the middle lane to go around them. While doing this a worker thought that it would be professional the give me the finger for no reason. Also mind you this was in one of their vans with the company's name all over it. Will definitely never be using this company if they are going to employ unprofessional people.
