This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Very knowledgeable and helpful experience

Bradley came out to my house this summer to replace old knob and tube wiring at my house. The crew was fantastic and the did great work. There were even a few follow up issues the next week or two and they came out to make sure everything was done properly. I was very appreciative for the work they did.

I used this Company to run electric to my outside Gazebo. I explained what type of loads I expected, and the Electrician designed what I needed. I was 1000% satisfied with the Cleanness of the work. All runs were very clean and blended into the environment.
The electrician hit a snag while drilling into the house. he did not try to cover it up or hide it. He explained the issue and made sure the issue was corrected before the job was done. This is the type of service I expect of a company's I hire, and they meet all expectations and exceeded. I will use again for any electric work I need done.

We hired Care Electric, LLC to make electrical updates in more than 100 of our occupied apartments homes. Care was able to complete the project in great time, as promised when Walid proposed for the job. The price for this large job was fair, affordable and better than all the major competitors I had spoken to. Anytime I had questions through the process Walid was extremely responsive and very quick to answer my calls, text or email. Awesome people

Receptionist was rude. Not willing to work around peoples work schedules. I was told they only do appts as early as 8am and no later then 4pm and no weekends. How is someone with a job supposed to use this company without taking a day off work? Ridiculous!

I called this guy because I have an emergency situation and he tell me it's gonna be in the next couple hours and never showed up unprofessional

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
