Electric Medic was very prompt in coming out to resolve a mis-wired dryer outlet and troubleshoot a faulty doorbell for the home we just moved into. My wife and I are so happy to finally be able to do laundry! I paid almost $150 for the handyman to go up on the roof and install the little plastic grate on the vent hood, located high up on the side of my house. That part was fine --- took him five minutes, and the job was done. But the very next day it was on the ground again, and they would not stand by their work. I would have had to pay them AGAIN for him to come out and re-install it, this time to put zip ties on it or something to actually keep it in place. If a company doesn't stand by their work 24 hours later, they are not getting my business again.
