Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

Sam Smith is a kind and professional technician who was thorough yet efficient. We did not know to shop around we found out that KMA can take care of all our electrical and HVAC needs.Ken Miller, HVAC technician, and his associate Brandon, arrived the very next day and were able to work with us at every level of service and understanding of the financial decision. We are excited about our new units coming quickly next week and relieved that they are keeping us cool in the meantime with the old unit.

When the heat went out we tried calling other companies, one didn’t show up after scheduling a appointment and another one never called back. Inspired answered right away and came out that evening. We had heat that night.

Had Michael H out to my house once in the winter time on Christmas Eve for my furnace and now again to service my air conditioner. He went above and beyond to make sure things were working both time and he was very helpful and professional.

Receptionist was rude. Not willing to work around peoples work schedules. I was told they only do appts as early as 8am and no later then 4pm and no weekends. How is someone with a job supposed to use this company without taking a day off work? Ridiculous!
