Best Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters in Columbus OH

After my experience with Ed Roncone, I would recommend him and Safe Electric to anyone thinking of having electrical work done on their home. Ed was more than patient with his time explaining to me what he was seeing (multiple times so I could remember) and the potential problems (if there were any). What I appreciated the most was his attention to detail. He could have flown through the job just to move on to the next one, but he didn't. Despite the less than ideal conditions (working with no power or a/c in my home on the first hot days of the year), it was obvious he took a lot of pride in his work. He had help (an apprentice possibly?) and they worked long days and hustled the entire time they were working on my home. Their work area was always neat and organized and they were polite and cleaned up when they were done. I did not deal with any other electricians at Safe Electric, but I could not recommend the services of this company via Ed Roncone enough.

I called this business, as my son recommended them. They said they could be here today, between, 10 am and noon to give me an estimate. I took the morning off of work to meet them. I got a call, at 11 am, that they were running behind, all the people were taking longer on their jobs then planned. Then they called back at noon, which is when they should have been here, and they said no one was free/able to come out still. I told them I had an appt at 1 pm (for work), and couldn't just sit here all day long waiting. They asked if I wanted to re-schedule????? Wait you are the ones that scheduled the appointment, knowing you had no one to come and give me an estimate and were just hoping someone got done early enough to come here during the 10 am to noon time to give me an estimate!!! This is not the way to do business!!! You should pay me for the four hours I sat here waiting for you to come give me just an estimate, would much prefer one on the phone, rather then coming here!! I definitely wouldn't recommend them and this is the way they conduct business!!!
