This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Great experience with Arlington Electric. We needed two outlets installed for mounted TVs because our toddler could pull on and pull out the cords. The work done was above any of our expectations and we will be using Arlington Electric again for other jobs we have in mind.

We worked successfully with Frontier for several years on sizeable jobs for our companies. When our latest job came online this summer, we worked with Frontier for some preliminary work and on the scope of the larger project that had a very important deadline to be met. When we were about 2 weeks out, they called and canceled on us. Just said they didn't have time in the schedule. When our schedule changed a bit, they said they could now accommodate us and we started moving forward. When we let them know we were ready for them, they canceled again. It has taken 4 weeks just to secure another electrician and we are weeks from being operational. Dozens of jobs are at stake and a thriving business is down because they could not keep their word. If you have anything important or timely to be done, do not use Frontier. Your business might depend on it.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
