Great service with professional team. Texted 30 mins before they arrived to say they were on their way and who was coming, did the estimates on the spot and able to complete the work needed right away within about an hour to 90 minutes. (Work completed: replaced two outdoor light fixtures, wired and installed a new outdoor garage light, replaced a non-working outdoor socket, added a surge protector to the main electrical panel). Everything was easy from scheduling to receipts and emailed estimates and inspection form. I would highly recommend.

I honestly didn't believe it was possible to have such a positive experience while dealing with electrical issues, but Quality Electric truly lived up to their name. I had severe electrical issues with my house. I had multiple electricians visit and give me quotes with various guesses as to what was wrong. All electrics highly trained and incredibly kind electrician showed up and instantaneously diagnosed the problem. He was able to help me get my heat back on (in the dead of winter) temporarily, and then he came and worked all day without break to update my system.

In short, it was the best service experience I've ever had in my life!

I work with Ashley a lot at my current job and I think she and her company are great! Very responsive to my e-mails and always detailed in explaining what they are doing and why. I have used them for a while now exclusively and I cannot say enough good things about them!

He's done a great job the past two times out. I'm anticipating having them/him come out a third time to handle some new lighting. Very knowledgeable and took the time to find out our electrical box had some recalled fuses. Replaced them for free and dealt with the recall himself (on our behalf).
