I will definitely be using Quality Electric again and have already recommended them to others. Overall a great experience! Customer service, communication, professionalism were excellent! Joe P did our work and walked me through everything. I like that they didn’t try to pressure me into buying extra things. I am very happy with the work they did.

So glad I found this company which is my new electrical contractor of choice. I had a ceiling fan installed today, the cost was reasonable, the electrician was prompt and on time, wore boot covers while here, courteous, and the quality of work (cleanup, etc) was great. This is the type of company that I like to do business with for years to come. Highly recommend!!!

Eric was on time, professional, did his inspection, found the problem, gave me some options and took care of the problem. If he hadn’t needed to go get a breaker, which he said he normally would have had on his truck, he would have been done and gone in 20 minutes.

So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

I lost power at my coffee shop and they came in within an hour's call. Looked at everything in detail, they were honest and efficient. Ended up being an issue with AEP. Stayed till I finished my call to them to make sure they would send someone over to get things fixed.

Crazy, expensive! Parts are ridiculously overpriced. When asked for explanations about why certain new parts were replaced, the mechanic who did it, didn't have a satisfactory answer. Would not recommend for any reason. They give the RV trade a bad name ?
