Technician who arrived to provide estimate was very professional and respectful. He arrived early to schedule appointment; which is fine knowing it was the last appointment scheduled for the day. He was very knowledgeable and offered installation advise and recommendations. At this time, I am still obtaining estimates for project. I am confident he will provide high quality workmanship if chosen to complete the work required.

I called Steven when my A/c Unit wasn’t turning on. It was 90 degrees that day so it was very urgent. He was there within two hours. He explained to me what he would be looking for and assured me it would be fixed in a timely manner. It took him about 15 minutes to trouble shoot my AC unit and my newly installed Nest system. He discovered it was a blown fuse and quickly replaced it. I know nothing about AC systems and Steven could have easily told me there was a major issue and charged me a lot of money to “fix” the problem. Instead he was honest. I really appreciate it and I would recommend his service to anyone. That’s God for people like Steven who do honest work!!!!!

The technicians were there to install floor tile to my bathroom. However, they ran into a problem. As they were removing the toilet, they noticed the wood underneath the toilet had rotten. Water had been leaking from the toilet causing the floor to weaken. So, they had to fix the problem by getting rid of the rotten wood and installing new wood to the floor, before re-installing the toilet and laying down the floor tile.
