On 10/19/2022 Erick the technician that came out to fix the fluorescent lighting where I am working in Arlington Heights, he was great very personable. I hired Sapphire Electric to take care of some electrical work that needed to be performed to one of the units in my building. One of the biggest selling points for me was that they are licensed and bonded with the state. Sapphire Electric came and assessed the work that needed to be done, pulled the needed permits, and quickly got to work. The crew that performed the work were efficient and professional. The project manager, Kam, was always prompt to return any phone calls and answered all the questions and concerns that I had before, during, and after the work was performed. Terrific company! Owner Darrell is super responsive and concerned about customer needs and satisfaction. And the plumber he sent -- Zeno -- arrived early and did a wonderful job in record time, all while explaining everything and answering many questions about plumbing issues in old houses -- a real expert! I still had florescent lighting in my kitchen and the ballasts were shot.A-Z recommended I change to LED fixtures, and I love the change. My kitchen is brighter and it'll be easier for me to switch out the bulbs, which probably won't need to be switched for several years.From my first phone contact, to the quote, to the fantastic techs who performed the service, this was an ideal experience. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and the techs efficient and personable. They even fixed another minor electrical issue I had and didn't charge me anymore than the original quote.I now have an electric company that I can confidently call to handle any of my electrical needs. Everyone one of their crew were courteous, well informed, polite, and did an excellent job. Generator was installed right after the new years and there was a Bomb cyclone storm headed our way. Paul called and said he had someone in the area to get the generator running before the storm was supposed to hit (incase of power loss), while I was waiting for the town inspector to approve the electrical. How can you not support a company that was worried about your safety? Both town inspectors said the install was done very clean, neat, and most importantly, properly. Very thankful for the great work they did! Support your small local businesses!

He took the time to explain the issue to me and found a cost effective solution to get a bit more life out of my older unit. Very impressed and will go with them when it's time to replace the unit.

Marcos is a great electrician serving North Miami and within 1 hour of me calling him. I had a busted smoke alarm that was beeping and driving me crazy and he stopped and bought me 2 new ones and replaced right away. I have now saved Marcos in my contacts and will use him for future projects. He serves Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, North Miami and Golden Beach.

Brilliant service at short notice. Moved two internal sockets for a bespoke cabinet job, when the cabinet design changed, Doyle Electrical Contracting came back at very short notice to build it into the unit. Also fitted external sockets for me. Efficient, reliable, clean and tidy work.
