Robert was just great - very professional, on-time, excellent work quality and very patient with my questions. It was a very postive experience.

Called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and do some work but nobody showed up. When I called them to find out what happened, they lied to me about calling me back - they said they had spoken to someone who said they didn't schedule anything.I've had my fully charged phone next to me all day and they didn't try getting in contact. Even if they mis-dialed and spoke to someone else, they had my name and could've easily determined that they called the wrong number.Thanks for delaying the resolution of my electrical issue and wasting my time, A to Z - and then lying about trying to get in contact with me.

Charles and his crew have completed over 40 electrical jobs for me in three years. YES 40 and i am always more than satisfied. I run Special Spaces in Illinois. I love my new ceiling fan!! The electrician did an amazing job with centering it exactly in the middle of my dining room and even installed a separate switch so that I could control the speed. He was prompt and professional with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!
