I lost power to my house in Chicago. The company sent out an electrician immediately. He found the issue after looking at my breaker panel box. He worked on wiring, installing and repairing my electrical circuits. The electrician worked all night to restore the power and got the job done.I'm very happy with their service and will be using them again. Mike was very nice and communicated very well through out the whole process.

This business is on top of it. Darrell and his crew are fantastic and worked around any schedule I would throw at them. They were fast, efficient, and great to work with. Also a shoutout to Nate and Graham, they were professional and did a great job.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend A to Z electric. I called them twice to do a basic service for a rental apartment I own. The first time was to fix an electric issue in the second bedroom. For lights flickering and to fix a CGFI outlet, I was charged 300.00I then called them to re-locate a smoke detector. They re-located the detector (no wiring involved, just unscrewing the detector and re-screwing it higher on the wall). Then without authorizing or confirming with me, they decided to repair existing outlets in bedroom/office repaired for having bad connection. I did not ask them to do this service. On top of this I had already paid them $300 to fix the very same outlets only a week before. Either they did a bad job the week before and are charging me twice for a poor job because why would the electric fail one week later after they repaired it, or they are scammers because they charged me for a repair I did not request. I only requested they moved the smoke detectors. The tenants are very quick to notify me when something is broken and did not complain about any electrical issues. This is basically what everyone warns you about, that a company will make up some fake claim and then charge you for it. To do this bogus job they charged me $315.00This is why on multiple times I asked them to call me when a technician was in the unit to run me through the repairs so I could authorize the repairs. I also asked them to send photos of the repairs/work but they refused and I never received a call, not even to let me know that they were in the unit. Save your money. Unfortunately, a money-hungry company.

The service provided by this company (Safe Electrical) is superbly outstanding. Charles answered my call and questions promptly along with Mitch & Corey. They all were professional, provided excellent customer service and they were prompt and tidy. I highly recommend this company and will reach out to them again if needed.

Initially gave them a 1-star rating after they refused to give any idea of cost, unless I paid $135 to get a quote. This sounded outrageous and I complained; the owner called me and arranged a time to come out and quote the work. He was nice and very reasonable. I agreed to the price and work was done timely and professionally.

Jeff is the Electrician who was sent to replace a corroded outlet above my sump pump as well as to inspect the accompanying GFI. He was professional, very knowledgeable, clean, and exacting. I appreciated his willingness to complete the assigned task in such a professional and pleasant manner and at a fair price. George and his team did a great job. Replaced my electrical panel in the garage. Brought everything in the house to code. Can't say enough about the communication. Our 10-year-old wired smoke alarms started to miss behaving in the middle of the night so I contacted Jason to see if he could come the same day – to install nest wired smoke detectors. I had the smoke detectors connected to the Internet and ready to install. He got right to work and finished with efficiency. He was easy to contact, communicative, and seems to be extremely knowledgeable.

Seth and his crew were contracted to install several recessed lights, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures and new chandelier. They provided a straight forwarded assessment and easy to understand proposal. Their job was done professionally, on time, on budget, and with no surprises. Their bid was competitive and the finished task of high quality. We will use them again in the future and encourage others to do the same.

Amazing care and professionalism from Eddie and Juan when installing several complicated light fixtures. They even did some paint touch-up in a hard to reach spot around one of the new fixtures. My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers!

Tony was helpful. He arrived pretty late in the evening, which we appreciated. He explained the problems we were having and told us the best way he saw to repair it. Our dog also would not stop barking but he was gracious and understanding. Excellent service.
