Excellent service - called Good Friday in the late morning with problems with 2 electrical outlets, by 8pm the same day everything was fixed! Amazingly they are open 24 hours! Kent was a pleasure to interact and communicate with, and got things done quickly. Was a pleasure to do business with them, and will definitely use them again!

The electrician was punctual. Very professional, kind, understanding, genuine, friendly, honest, patient and fair. He tells you exactly what the situation is and why. Is very knowledgeable in his profession. Walks you through each step of the process and makes sure you understand what is happening and why and what costs will be associated with the ongoing process. By far one of the best electricians I had to the pleasure of getting to know and work with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. No way you can go wrong with this company. Honest and hardworking individuals. That goes a long way and difficult to find at times. So knowing I have these true professional individuals to work with will be a massive headache saver. Anyone reading should at least give them a call for their electrical needs. :)

We had a tree branch knock out our main power lines. Mike got on-site fast and got started on the repair on the main lines. He was efficient, completing his job. He even provided us a temp lines for our internet and heat. We are very pleased with his professional demeanor and he gave us an exact quote for the job before starting the work. We rely upon Sapphire for all of our electrical issues.

He fixed the breaker easily and quickly. He was upfront about his costs on the phone which were very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone who needs an electrician!

I contacted Wizard Electric on August 5, 2020 to do a repair of a can light inside my house and to install a new outlet in my garage. They quoted me their hourly rates and scheduled me for 10am-2pm on August 14, 2020.Well, August 14 comes and I wait and wait, and as it nears 2pm, I decide to give them a call to see if they are still coming. I end up speaking to the same guy who scheduled my appointment. To my surprise, he tells me that I am not one of the names on today's job list. He puts me on hold, and after a long wait, comes back to tell me that somehow he managed to schedule me for JULY 14, 2020, instead of August 14.He scheduled me for a day that was ALREADY 22 DAYS IN THE PAST when my appointment was made! 22 DAYS IN THE PAST!?! If true, these people must be running the world's worst computer system, because I'm pretty sure most scheduling software would not allow a user to schedule for dates that are three weeks past.No effort whatsoever was made to get somebody to my house to honor the appointment they made 9 days earlier. Instead I was given a litany of excuses about how busy he is and how the recent storm has people offering them $1000 to come out and do work. When I asked for somebody to come tomorrow (Saturday), I was told no. When I asked for somebody to come Monday (the next weekday), I was also told no.Save yourself the trouble and call a company that honors its appointments. At the very least, I would have expected Wizard Electric to do everything they could to get an electrician to my house ASAP to make up for this ridiculous mistake. But nope. Too busy. So sorry.What a joke.

Excellent and professional service. Luis was great! He was thorough and determined to figure out our electrical problem. He was tidy and wore booties on his shoes. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

It wasn’t easy to find a good electrician in Chicago but once I found this one, my search was over. I wanted to get recessed lighting throughout my main floor but I wasn’t even sure it would be possible without tearing my ceilings apart. This electrician did an incredible job of keeping my ceiling intact and proving me with the pot lights I wanted.
