We recently finished our basement and needed a lot of electrical work done. Arnold Electric had good rates and as we found out, great people!Tim specifically was the best! He was willing to work with me on my ridiculous requests and when he couldn’t, he would explain why and then find a solution that met regulations, but also appeased my request. That’s above and beyond any level of service I’ve had from the list of workers that have been through our home over the past few months. He even thought of things I never would have, like putting a sensor light in the laundry room because who wants to fiddle around trying to find a switch while carrying a laundry basket? Tim is rad and I fully appreciate everything he did for us!The office staff was also super helpful and friendly whenever we needed to call for something. Thanks for the excellent experience! We’ll definitely be using Arnold for any future electrical needs.

Sapphire Electric was great! I was able to schedule with them for same day service. I had a fishy smell coming from my electrical outlets. After the electrician did his diagnostic and looked at everything thoroughly.He found the issue and it turned out to be burned wiring for my bedroom outlet. He was able to replace the wiring without ripping up the walls. These guys saved our lives and I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness.

Bob and Tony ran a new 50A outlet to my garage for my EV charger. They were on time, courteous, under budget, and most importantly did quality work with no mess left behind. Will definitely use them again.

Initial contact with T&D was responsive and flexible, giving me a comprehensive estimate with photos without forcing an initial appointment which I really appreciated. They gave me a lot of flexibility with booking as well. Technician was prompt and professional, gave his expert feedback about placement etc which was very helpful. He also problem solved with some weirdness with steel beams in my walls. Work was fast and done very well, would absolutely use T&D again.

Customer service was excellent when setting up the appointment over the Memorial Day weekend. I will ABSOLUTELY use this company again for any and all my electrical needs.Job Done: trouble shoot electrical short, 3 new light switches, installed a ceiling fan and made a Not safe wiring to another ceiling fan safe so that I can install a new one myself.

John and Tony Sr. are awesome! They know exactly what to do, and how to do it the best way possible. They tell you in advance what should be done, and if there is anything that you should know before they start. They know what will look good and work well, too. They are fast, neat, fair, and nice.
